Founding Member plan subscribers are locked in at their plan rate for as long as they remain subscribed.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIRSTQA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FirstQA and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account and associated data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
